We are looking for you to join our team in the Finance Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Corporate Controller (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual management reports, KPIs, and deviations
- Support month-end and year-end closings in close cooperation with Accounting
- Conduct profitability, cost, and investment analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Track and control the excecution of budget expenses process, including PRF, contract checklist and invoices
- Act as finance business partner for corporate functions and management
- Further develop controlling tools, reporting standards, and financial processes
- Ensure data quality, transparency, and compliance across entities
What you bring:
- Degree in finance, controlling, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in corporate controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Strong analytical thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Very good Excel skills and experience with modern BI/reporting tools
- Ability to convey complex financial issues in an understandable and addressee-oriented way
- High level of personal responsibility, initiative and the will to continuously improve processes
