We are looking for you to join our team in the HR Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a HR Controller (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Responsibility for planning, steering, and controlling the personnel cost budget in the retail area
  • Close cooperation with Finance and the Retail organization to ensure budget adherence and high forecast quality
  • Coordination with Retail Planning to derive staffing and cost requirements based on sales and productivity planning
  • Analysis of plan vs. actual variances and derivation of appropriate management measures
  • Development of scenarios (e.g. seasonality, opening hours) and assessment of cost impacts
  • Further development of HR-related planning and budgeting standards
  • Preparation of management reports and decision-making materials

What you bring:
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, HR, Economics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in headcount, workforce, or personnel cost planning, ideally in a retail environment
  • Very good understanding of personnel cost structures and budgeting logic
  • Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
  • Confident use of Excel and ideally experience with HR and planning tools (e.g. SAP)
  • Structured, independent, and communicative working style
